Note: These Terms and Conditions have been reviewed and reflect Playdq’s current practices, including BATTLX’s on-chain economy, Telegram Stars, and GRAM payments.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Playdq.

  • Service refers to the Playdq website, accessible from https://Playdq.com.

  • BATTLX refers to the dark fantasy combat game and its associated Telegram Mini App, website, and on-chain economy, released through the Playdq platform and governed by its own terms where noted.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a phone, or a tablet.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Playdq and the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Using Playdq

  • Playdq publishes and distributes games built by independent studios, including BATTLX.
  • We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
  • You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service in a way that disrupts it for other users.

BATTLX and Third-Party Services

BATTLX is free to access and play. Some content, including vouchers during its soft launch and certain in-game items, is available for optional purchase through Telegram Stars or GRAM. Use of BATTLX, including any purchases, wallet connections, or on-chain assets, involves risks inherent to blockchain-based assets, including price volatility and the irreversibility of on-chain transactions.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and services linked from Playdq, including Telegram and GRAM-related services.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding third-party content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws.

Age Requirement

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If You are under the age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement, You may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, without prior notice, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

”AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
